Located literally next to a huge park. Five minutes from the high street and a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Ideally located for the many festivals Bristol hosts each year. Including the balloon fiesta which regularly flies over.
This is a very relaxed clothing optional home. I love to cook so can prepare with notice and a modest fee. Happy for shorter or longer lets. Off road parking is available.
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with home office and gigabit fibre internet. You will have free use of the flat during your stay. Great travel links for the local and wider area. I also live outside of the congestion zone.
Large bedroom, fully furnished with wardrobe. Bed has an electric blanket and I also have a weighted blanket if needed. Office space has an extra screen for use along with printer, 2 3D printers.
Very relaxed atmosphere where you can come and go as you please. Also have an intercom system that will allow access if you lose any keys.
I am multilingual so am happy to host and attempt to communicate with any French, Spanish or Mandarin speaking guests.
Sling can be erected with notice.
