Garden room with ensuite and private terrace available in my three bedroom home in Sneyd Park - an upmarket and secluded location close the Downs, just to the north of Bristol city centre.
The house has been recently extended and features a fully fitted designer kitchen and spacious dining area. The cosy lounge features a wood burning stove. With a second boutique bathroom just completed, guests will have exclusive use of a bathroom throughout their stay. I live here with my cute and furry best friend, Freddy (a wire haired fox terrier).

The house is situated on the north side of the Downs (the biggest green space and recreational area to the north of the city centre), and very close to the dramatic Avon Gorge. Bustling Whiteladies Rd with its trademark upmarket bars, cafes and restaurants is close by, as is Clifton Village and the Clifton Suspension Bridge. The Bristol gay scene is in the centre of town, a 15 minute drive away.

Open minded, relaxed gay male household and dog friendly. No obvious nos other than smoking indoors. I maintain a large tree lined front garden and a more secluded, enclosed back terrace. With a pond and flowing water, this terrace makes an ideal spot for naked sunbathing.

Simon and his very nice dog Freddy were very kind and welcoming. The location is a little off the city center but with good public transportation or a car things were pretty smooth.

The house is super clean and tidy, excellent communication with Simon before check in, private room with very modern en-suite.... The pictures do not do it justice, and Freddie is the cutest one you can ever meet!!! Definitely going back to stay with Simon when next in town xx

Had a lovely stay at Simon's who was always ready to help with anything. The house is stunning and is furnished with refined taste. The room is 5 five stars and also benefits from an en suite bathroom. I was delighted to spend some time with in chatting during the evening. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
