Located in the heart of the city, this home is quiet & relaxing. Restaurants, bars, nightclubs theatre, library, museums, Q-Line parking lot and stop, all w/in a five minute drive. Easy freeway access to 10, 94, 96. I-75 and Hamtramck 10 minutes away
Fully renovated, this classic house has three bedrooms with large closets, WiFi, an office for your work needs, a gorgeous bathroom with all the amenities, including heated floors, towel warmer, walk in shower with rainfall shower head and a wand. The kitchen has a gas stove, small appliances such as Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, air fryer, Breville toaster. The dining room is located off the kitchen and is a cozy place to eat meals in peace or with music, or switch it up and have a meal in the den, which overlooks the backyard.
The living room has a comfortable leather sectional for guests to hang out, watch TV, read a book or listen to music.
Please note all bedrooms and full sized bathroom are located on the second floor.
Beautiful LaSalle Gardens Park just two block away. Park provides beautiful flowers, jogging path, bench seating and books to share.

If you have a vehicle, please park directly in front of the house. Do not leave belongings in the vehicle. No overnight guests allowed, if they are not a part of the initial guest list. No hair dyeing and no clothes dyeing allowed under any circumstances. No parties of any kind. All meals should take place in designated eating areas; I. E. Dining room, back den that overlooks the backyard. Absolutely no food or snack on the second floor in the bedrooms, office or bathroom. If snacking on the couch please clean up the crumbs. Vacuum and broom located on the basement floor landing should you need it. The private backyard features a smoking area tables and chairs. No smoking of any kind - cigarettes, marijuana, etc, outside of designated smoking area. If you are found to have smoked or are smoking outside of designated smoking area, this will cause an immediate termination of your stay and a $500 fee will be billed. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. We offer early check in for $25/hr, please inform us of early check-in needs 24 hours in advance. Early check-in is subject to availability. Late checkout available until 12 PM for $25/hour (billed in full hourly increments - any time after 15 minutes counts as a full hour). Extended checkout until 3 PM may be available the morning of your departure if our schedule permits - we'll send you an update that morning!
