Beachy Keen is a comfortable and relaxing space just a short stroll from beautiful Jones Beach, Minnamurra River, cafe's and shops. Downtown Kiama is just a few minutes drive away. Beachy Keen is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.
The space
"Beachy Keen" is a 3 bedroom home, light and airy with lots of windows and some ocean views. "Beachy Keen" is located close to Minnamurra River, offering swimming, fishing and boating. Minnamurra river and headland reserve has several picnic areas with electric BBQ's as well as walking tracks and tennis court. Kiama golf club is located only 200 meters from the house and has live music every weekend. Jones Beach is a patrolled beach only a few minutes away. A variety of local shops, cafes and day spa are within easy walking distance.
The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living, polished floorboards, large entertaining deck with a 6 seater hydrotherapy spa, fire pit, day bed and various seating areas. The property has a spacious kitchen with everything you need.
Includes 52 inch plasma TV, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, Dvd's, linen & towels, free NBN WiFi. Beachy Keen is only a short walk to the train station and the bus stop is only 20 meters away.

Sheets and bath towels are supplied for your stay. For the comfort of our guests all beds have quilts with fitted quilt covers, we do not triple sheet but if a top sheet is needed, you will find it in the closet.

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation
Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. The price
charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 AM by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Sometimes appliances like dishwasher or washing machine and/or spa can break down. The manager will do the best to have this repaired ASAP, but can not be responsible if this can not be done before or during your stay.
