In the amenities you will find bathing caps according to the number of registered guests. - Photography and filming of commercials in the social areas is prohibited. - Prior to check in we need to receive a photo of the identity card or passport of each guest to register their entry with the guards. - The building has a common laundry area, where you will find washing machines and dryers (each use costs $1.50). - If you are going to use the sofa bed, do not forget to always put the blanket first and then the sheets, which are left next to the sofa. - In case you need the parking lot, you must notify us in advance the license plate number of the vehicle, this information is forwarded to the guards to allow the entry of the car. - It is forbidden the entry of weapons, parties, the rest hour inside the building is from 22:00 to 08:00 so it is requested to avoid making noise. - Please do not throw toilet paper down the "bathroom or toilet", as this may cause clogging of the pipes and possible damage.
