A beautiful penthouse apartment with a view over Koblenz. The large roof terrace with barrel sauna and outdoor shower invites you to relax, the sundowner is unique. State-of-the-art equipment from air conditioning to walk-in shower and box-spring bed - nothing is left to be desired here. On request, we can also be child and family friendly: a baby crib and high chair can be booked as an option. Well connected by car and public transport, ideal for vacations, business trips and more. The accommodation Important information about last-minute bookings: You can book with us for the same day if the accommodation is available. Please note that we are not a 24/7 staffed hotel. The apartment is always prepared for two people, so you can arrive with 1-2 people on the same day. If you would like to arrive with more people on the same day, please ask in advance. The penthouse apartment consists of:

Living room & kitchen Large room with a great kitchen, dining area and living room. The room has air conditioning, plenty of cozy lighting and a flat-screen TV with the usual streaming services for self-subscription. Cozy couch as a sofa bed option when booking with more than two people.

The kitchen has the following electrical appliances: - Fridge and freezer - Hot air oven - Induction hob with integrated extractor fan - Dishwasher - Washer-dryer (washing machine with integrated drying facility) - Kettle - Toaster - Capsule coffee machine for normal and XL Nespresso capsules

There is everything you would normally need in a kitchen: - Crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery - Pots and pans - bowls, cooking utensils, etc.

Bedroom The bedroom has a large 180x200cm box spring bed, a large closet (half of which can be used, the remaining wardrobes are closed), a flat-screen TV with the usual streaming services for self-registration and air conditioning.

If you subsequently book the infant package (€20/day, can be ordered after your booking via our portal), you will also find the baby crib with bed linen and, of course, a high chair in the kitchen.

The beds are made up for the number of people booked (at least the double bed, the sofa bed for 3-4 people and the baby crib as part of the toddler package). You will find a set of towels (soap towel, hand towel, shower towel and sauna towel) for each person booked, as well as an optional bathrobe (which you can order via our portal afterwards).

Bathroom The bathroom has a large walk-in shower at ground level, a WC and a washbasin. There is plenty of storage space thanks to matching cabinets and a large, illuminated mirror. You will find shower gel/shampoo and hand soap as well as toilet paper in your accommodation.

Roof terrace The highlight of the accommodation: a 360° roof terrace with a view over Koblenz and the Eifel! Equipped with a barrel sauna, outdoor shower, loungers and seating.
