Stay in this spacious room with its own private bathroom in our modern 190 m2 Duplex and enjoy your stay in Lima with us. The room has a double bed, full closet and private bathroom. The 1st floor of the apartment has the living room with TV (Netflix, Max, Disney+ and Logo TV), dining room, kitchen and washing machine. On the 2nd floor of the apartment you can access a beautiful PRIVATE furnished terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi and grill. We are conveniently located, you are 10 minutes away from the gay bars of Miraflores or the bohemian area of Barranco. We are also only 3 blocks away from the 2 biggest gay parties in Lima: Matadero and Sodoma. We have parks around and just 2 blocks away you have supermarkets and restaurants.

No parties are allowed, however, the apartment is located on the top floor so our guests can use our fully furnished private terrace, barbecue and outdoor pool tub to relax and enjoy theirselves, keeping the music at mid-volume so as not to disturb the other apartments. This is a non-smoking apartment. This is the only hard rule for us.
