No parties allowed, however the apartment is located at the top floor so our house guests can use our fully furnished private terrace, bbq and outside pool tub for relaxing and enjoying theirselves, keeping music at mid volume as not to the disturbe the other apartments.
This is a no smoking apartment. This is the only hard rule for us.
