On the 2nd floor we find the master bedroom and bathroom + beautiful PRIVATE furnished terrace with outdoor Jacuzzi and grill. Conveniently located, you are 10 minutes away from the gay bars of Miraflores or the bohemian area of Barranco. Also just 2 blocks away you have supermarkets and restaurants.

No parties allowed, however the apartment is located at the top floor so our house guests can use our fully furnished private terrace, bbq and outside pool tub for relaxing and enjoying theirselves, keeping music at mid volume as not to the disturbe the other apartments. This is a no smoking apartment. This is the only hard rule for us.
