THE TERRACE AT GEMINI HOME. AMERICANA.

I'm offering a spare private space - room in my home, located in the terrace area (the rental includes the use of the whole terrace) all services included. I'm a lawyer - writer so the vibe of the house is very artistic and I'd love to host responsible, independent people with interests in art, design, reading, etc. not exclusive of course but if this is your vibe you'll love the place and neighborhood. The space has a double mattress, closet, two tables, a lamp to work, a small improvised kitchen with a small fridge, a desk to work and a wood chair, and full private bathroom. The use of the terrace and the house is shared. The house has a big living room full of books, and a small garden - balcony with views to the street. A big kitchen and dining table (for 6 people). The house is in the Americana neighborhood which is very trendy with lots of restaurants, cafés, arty stores, museums, etc. nearby, also all transportation options available. There're a lot of lgbt places around to enjoy, dance and brunch the next day :P. P.S. In case you want / need food or meals for your stay let me know in advance, there's a lady who helps me to cook so I can provide the service for an extra price but I need to let her know with time.
