About the Place

Hey There! I live in the real Florida surrounded by nature. My house is 15 minutes to the beautiful Fort Myers District and 30 minutes from world famous Beaches! I own a local wine company that specializes in Fresh from Florida all natural fruit and citrus wines so sampling wine and enjoy a few glasses is always encouraged. My house is furnished in a mid century modern style and your room is a City Matress Klarna Heavenly Bed with Carahola Bamboo Sheets! The house is not too fancy but definitely a great place to start your Florida vacation. Our wine is featured at Epcot so there is some Disney love in our house also!

There is a very sweet cat here also. I truly want guests to feel welcome and special. I am a Florida Native and have lots to share about my home state. I am close to Manatee Park and can tell you all about these amazing creatures. I am also a Florida theme park nut who is happy to share advice. I can even grab you from the airport if my schedule allows. Florida is expensive and hopefully my place is easy on your wallet but full of memories and fun for you!

This house is definitely not the Ritz but we have amazing nature and it is home to me!

There is no TV in the guest bedroom but a nice one in the living room. I do work a ton but I am happy to share Florida with you when I can! Fort Myers is definitely up and coming and has an amazing art scene with phenomenal people!

This is a great launching point for Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, Sea World & Walt Disney World. Sanibel and Captiva Island are known for their shells and white sand beach. Come play in the Sun!

We are just a hop away from the Barbara B Mann performing arts center, the Fort Myers River District, Everglades Wonder Gardens and our world famous Fleamasters Flea Market.

Some great local restaurants nearby and Publix Supermarket is super close, PUB SUB Anyone? If you know you know! Heated hot tub for your enjoyment if the pool is cold. Two blocks from the Caloosahatchee River. Also I love all kinds of music but especially jazz, live Florida beach vibes and Yacht Rock.
