Private room in artsy green apartment in gay friendly El Cangrejo

Stay in a private bedroom in a spacious cozy, fresh and artsy apartment located in Panama City’s gay friendly neighborhood “El Cangrejo”.

The bedroom is spacious and has A/C, a full bed, working space and spacious closet, as well as access to a private bathroom outside the bedroom.

The apartment is in the top floor of a classical panamenian mid-century building, very spacious and shared with us: Walter and Hernán, best friends and Silvio, the cat. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a generous living room and dining area. Our favorite spot is the balcony, full of plants and a privileged view over Via Argentina, one of the most dynamic streets in Panama City. In the afternoon you can enjoy flocks of birds flying by and even observe them with binoculars. We offer complementary panamenian coffee, also best enjoyed in the balcony.

The apartment is in a vibrant and safe neighborhood, walkable and close to diverse restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bars, gyms, art galleries and parks. Even though there is not a “gay village” in Panama City, El Cangrejo is as close as it gets: stylish, alternative and gay-friendly. Furthermore, there plenty gay bars and clubs are less than 10 mins away by car.

The neighborhood is very well connected, and served by two Metro stations (Via Argentina and Iglesia del Carmen), and main tourist sights such as the Canal, Casco Antiguo, museums, and Cinta Costera are a short ride away.
