Discover a special retreat in San Francisco, just a short walk from Omar Park. Our apartment is located in a central and safe neighborhood, perfect for walking and exploring the city. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, and the Panama Viejo archaeological site.
The atmosphere is open and inclusive. The private room features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a fan, and an en suite bathroom with hot water. Plus, a self-serve express breakfast is included.
Your host, Fran, and his calm 17-year-old Chihuahua, Dani, will welcome you. Dani is very old and calm—he won’t cause any trouble.
In addition, the building’s common area features a fully equipped gym and a pool that you’re welcome to use.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on availability at the time of your request.
This is also an ideal space for long stays or remote work, with a desk and high-quality Wi-Fi.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these house rules: - On the kitchen counter, you’ll find coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and instant oatmeal so you can prepare a quick breakfast to your liking - Use of the washer and dryer costs $10. Please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a basket for your laundry, as well as laundry detergent and fabric softener, along with instructions on how to use the machines. - Please use makeup remover wipes or cloths; we recommend not using the white towels to avoid staining them. We’ve left some makeup remover wipes in the bathroom cabinet in case you don’t have any; once used, please leave them where they are for future guests. - Before leaving the apartment, make sure the bedroom window is securely closed. - Make sure the air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, and lights are turned off before leaving the apartment. - Make sure the apartment’s front door is securely locked. - Keep the kitchen and common areas clean and organized just as you found them. - Please notify us in advance of any visitors so we can approve them. The accommodation is top-notch, very well located in a central area with access to several places. Uber is recommended, it's safe and economical. The apartment is nice, tidy, clean and well decorated. The assigned room is very comfortable, as is the bathroom. Francisco, the host, is very friendly, explains his accommodation very well, and gives great recommendations about what to do in Panama City. I highly recommend it.

Francisco place is what the pictures show. Very clean and organized, located in a nice central area. I highly recommend his place to anyone staying in Panama. Plus his a very nice and humble person.

Fran is a super host, kind, always attentive and flexible. It was a pleasure meeting him. The room matches the description. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, close to a beautiful park, a little far from Casco Viejo but very easy to get around with Uber and not expensive. I stayed only one night but I recommend it without a doubt.
