You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around between those places as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the in the Town of Thunderbolt, where the property is located, here as they are mostly quiet during the day and do have sidewalks.

There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately six minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away. This home is perfectly situated between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island (beach), so your stay here will place you in the best location to explore both areas of Savannah. The best part is that you can explore the city, or the beach, then retreat to a quiet and quaint neighborhood in a less-traveled part of town.
