Key Return: Upon departure, please leave the second key on the kitchen island and lock the first key back in the key box where you retrieved it.
Lost Keys: Please note that the replacement cost for lost keys is £70.
Lock Up: Always ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave the property.
Respect & Conduct
Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbours and keep the peace.
Parties & Guests: Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. No undeclared overnight guests are allowed.
Smoking: No smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) inside the apartment, however this is allowed on the private terrace/balcony. Please use, ashtrays provided and outdoor bins for all waste, found behind the coach house.
Parking & Property
Parking: Please refrain from parking in front of the garage, blocking the main drive, or obstructing any other vehicles. Use the designated parking spot only.
Shoe Removal: I kindly ask you to remove outdoor shoes while inside the apartment to help maintain cleanliness, you'll find a cloak room to the right of the main entrance.
