A 10-minute walk from Agia Anna beach on the magnificent island of Naxos, this luxurious 80m2 house for 4 to 6 people offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool, a dining area under a pergola, a terrace with sunbeds and garden furniture.
Just 7 km from Chora and 4 km from the airport, the villa is perfect for couples, families or friends looking for tranquility, sun and comfort.
Enjoy the proximity of the sea, local tavernas and the vibrant energy of Chora, all while recharging your batteries in an exclusive setting.
Car rental is recommended. However, during the middle and high seasons, a fairly efficient bus service allows you to explore the island with interesting time amplitudes: a bus stop is 500m from the house. It's just important to remember that there are no cross-border connections, and that all lines leave from Chora.
The house comprises a living room with open kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside you'll find a terrace with garden furniture for aperitifs, 2 sunbeds, a dining table with 6 chairs under a pergola and a private swimming pool 1.20 m deep.
The first bedroom has a 160x200cm king-size double bed, with two individual dressing areas.
