Our home is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood of the city, within walking distance to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and casino. In general we do not have big restrictions for our guests. We only demand respect and an environment that favors a pleasant coexistence. Smoking is permitted outside the house (terrace, gardens). We have dogs and cats, but they do not circulate in the private areas of our guests. In summer there is a barbecue to share with friends in the garden. The kitchen is shared, being able to cook what each client wants under the self-service system. Lounge to talk, listen to music or watch TV.

An extremely nice place. Lovely area in a lovely city. Guillermo was nice and helpful. We had a lovely stay in Valdivia. Too short and for sure we will come back. The house was very clean, and peaceful but not too far from city centre.

Located in a quiet area, Guillermo and René's house is perfect for a stay in Valdivia. The welcome is warm, you feel at home. The house is clean, well maintained and it is nice to stay in the garden to enjoy the view.

Guillermo and René are super nice guys, really friendly and helpful. Their dogs are really cute too, i felt right at home. The home is lovely, clean and in nice quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the city in about 10mins. They have a few rooms going so a nice chance to meet the other people staying too!

Guillermo's house is better than what the photographs show. The host was concerned about our arrival, welcomed us, gave us all the necessary information about Valdivia and was available at all times. I recommend him 100% as a host.
