The room is located on the 4th floor of the building, with its own bathroom and balcony, while the host stays on the 5th floor with his own bathroom and balcony, offering privacy between the two. The guest's floor includes a shared living and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. A staircase connects the two levels. The guest's bedroom and balcony have locks. The guest's bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
