Safety and Security • Always lock the door when entering or leaving the apartment. • Do not allow unregistered guests to enter the property. • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony. • Report any damage or safety concerns as soon as possible. Respect for the Home and Occupants • Owners works from home and may be in ******** working hours. We appreciate consideration regarding noise levels at these times. • Quiet hours are observed in the late evening and early morning, out of respect for all occupants and neighbours. Our Dogs • Ivy and Holly, our two dachshunds, are a very important part of our home and family. • They are friendly and affectionate, though they may bark occasionally. • Please do not feed them, remove them from the apartment, or leave doors open that could allow them to escape. • Guests must be comfortable sharing the space with dogs. Dress Code • This is a clothing-optional home. Guests are welcome to dress (or not) as they feel comfortable, always with respect for others and shared spaces.
