1. No parties. There is zero tolerance of loud, disruptive, unapproved parties at this property. This building is shared with another guesthouse and your host lives on site. Please be respectful of them. Yes, you may have guests over but only a reasonable number and nothing that is loud or disruptive at night. Breaking this rule will result in your reservation being cancelled and you being escorted off the property. 2. No smoking. You may not smoke any substance inside the dwelling units or on the balconies. Smoking is limited to the backyard patio on the ground level, the side yards, and the front of the building, away from any open windows or doors. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the brown garbage bins in front of the property, not inside the units. 3. Please separate your trash and recycling. Here at trekløveren, we try our best to minimize waste and be kind to the environment. Each guesthouse is equipped with a bin labeled for trash and a bin labeled for recycling. Please use them accordingly. 4. Pet etiquette. Pets are very welcome at trekløveren but there are some basic guidelines that must be followed: a. All pets must be included in your reservation request and approved by your host. There is a $50, one time pet cleaning fee for all pets. b. All pets must be completely potty-trained and house-trained. c. All pet droppings must be picked up in plastic bags and disposed of in the brown garbage bins in front of the building. d. Please do not let your pets relieve themselves in the landscaped areas around the property. e. Please cover all soft furniture (sofas and beds) that comes in direct contact with your pet with pet blankets (provided in a basket in the closet). f. All litterboxes must be kept away from any absorbent surfaces and must be emptied regularly in the brown garbage bin in front of the building. 5. Plumbing etiquette. Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet. This means do not flush wipes of any kind (including “flushable” ones), feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or anything other than natural waste and toilet paper down the toilet. 6. Checking out. Don’t sweat it. No long checklist here. All we ask is that before you leave, please put the towels you used on the floor in the bathroom to indicate that they have been used and similarly please leave your bed unmade to indicate that it has been used.
