This is a relaxed, well cared for home in Kaaawa, a quiet coastal community on Oʻahu’s windward side, just minutes from Kualoa Ranch. The setting is peaceful and scenic, with mountain views, nearby beaches, and a slower pace that encourages you to unplug and unwind.
The space is comfortable, clean, and intentionally simple. It is ideal for guests who value calm surroundings and a place to recharge after exploring the island.
This is not a resort or party house. It is a welcoming home base for experiencing Oʻahu at a more local rhythm.
Kaaawa is removed from the crowds of Waikiki. Nightlife, shopping, and the main LGBTQ+ scene are accessible by car, but they are a drive away. In return, you get quiet sunrise mornings, open skies, and easy access to nature, beaches, and scenic drives along the windward coast and North Shore.
If you are looking for a peaceful stay near some of the island’s most beautiful landscapes and are comfortable with the realities of tropical, country living, this home is a great fit.
Tropical & Country Living
This home is located in a rural, coastal area and reflects everyday life in a tropical environment. Despite regular pest control and attentive care, you may occasionally encounter insects, geckos, frogs, chickens, or other wildlife common to country living in Hawaiʻi.
Roosters are part of the neighborhood and may crow early in the morning. This is normal for the area and outside of our control.
