20 mins from the airport, 15 minutes from Dublin City and 3 min to water front enjoy staying in a Rock'n'Roll art, music and style infused luxury home in Dublin's beautiful Clontarf. Superb local amenities and easy access to the City Centre, only 5k to Grafton Street.
Bedroom is large with 2 good closets, and your own bathroom - both on the middle floor. Safe, secure and the host is on the top floor so you have your privacy.
Lovely kitchen, utility, bathrooms, living room, garden, and vinyl collection!
The space is decorated in a modern stylish aesthetic with all mod cons. Great art, music, guitars and book collection for you to enjoy.
The house is over 3 floors (G,1,2) and the bedroom available is on the first floor along with your own bathroom and privacy.
The bedroom itself is of a very high standard with 2 large closets, HomePod and toasty in the winter, Dyson fan for summer (but Irish summers mean you rarely need cooling LOL).
Pump shower, bath, hair dryer and high quality towels and soaps, shampoos etc by L'Occitane.
There is a shared toilet on the ground floor with an art gallery in it.
All furnishings are of a very high standard and the house is exceptionally clean.
The kitchen, living room and garden are all excellent and very well equipped. The kitchen has a Neff Double Oven, Neff Microwave, Neff Fridge Freezer, Ice Maker, Air Fryer, George Foreman, Melitta Espresso Bean to Cup, 5 Ring Gas Hob and Bi-Folding doors that open up into a barbecue, seating and garden area.
There is a separate storage area for bikes and refuse at the back of the garden with charging facilities for an electric bike. There are 2 bikes you can use (1 is electric)
Wifi, Sky Q, Apple, Netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime are all included.

We are 3 min walk to Clontarf strand which is a lovely walk along the water at anytime of day and watch the ships leave Dublin harbor.
15 min bus and you are in the city to take advantage of all Dublin has to offer.
