We live on the fourth floor of an old building where you can enjoy a comfortable private room with a queen size bed, closet and window for natural light, the spaces are shared and open: we have a bathroom equipped with washing machine, induction stove, oven and we can prepare cocktails or Chilean food. The living and dining room with space to relax where we have books and board games, plus an extended terrace where you can watch the sunsets that you will love ♥ We are located in a heritage neighborhood: Brasil (one block from the central square) and adjacent to the Yungay neighborhood (where currently lives the president Boric), sectors with community life, artistic, muralism, museums (sound, education, memory, workshop, mac, natural history, etc.), bohemian (bars, restaurants and saunas), services: supermarket half a block away, smartfit 2 blocks, crosfit box, yoga centers, etc.. Regarding the location one block away is the subway cumming (line 5), proximity to squares, parks (de la familia, los reyes, quinta normal).
