The city is a leisurely 15 min walk. The iconic State Cinema is a must visit whilst staying at the apartment as well. Food supply will be well catered by Hill Street West Hobart. It is a gourmet supermarket supplying amazing fresh produce, wine, cheese and beautiful flowers. Whilst the location is central to lots of things, should you require to catch public transport, there is a taxi rank and bus stop located on Elizabeth Street. Parking on the street is permitted and free but there are time restrictions during the week. The laundry is located in a shared space. Its accessed internally from the property into a storage area. Parking for 1 car is provided through the side entry via the steel gates located on Little Arthur Street. This is enclosed in the courtyard.
