Beach Time is a quiet and cozy room with a beach theme design. We’re about 25min from the beach and closer to downtown. Hardwicks LGBTQ bar is only 5miles up the street in the downtown area.
This cozy Queen size bed is perfect for you and your partner or a fun play mate.
Just be mindful of other guests in the house during your stay, they might be vanilla. So if you and your partner or play mate have a disagreement about something, please be quiet about it. You can also book the whole house for more privacy, if it’s available.
It also includes a dresser, 2 night stands, Qi phone charger, a smart TV, towel rack, clothes hanger, and ceiling fan.
Shared spaces in the house include the kitchen, guest bathroom, living room, dinning room, patio deck, and garage.
Quiet hours are from 9pm until 7am. I try to provide a quiet and peaceful place for all my guests which requires everyone’s cooperation.

I don’t go out often but if I did, I’d go to Hardwicks. It’s the nicest lgbt bar in Jacksonville.
Parkplace lounge has a cool outdoor space but indoors smells of soured alcohol.
I’ve heard that cowfords does a nice happy hour but it’s not specifically for lgbtq people but they are very gay friendly.

As a reminder this listing is for a room in a shared house. So the most important request I have is to be mindful of other guests staying at the house at the same time. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am. Other guests might have booked on various other sites like ********, ********, ******** or more. So I can’t verify if they’re lgbtq+ themselves. So Pro Tip: Hitting on the guy in the other room, might not have a good outcome. I also offer a whole house booking option, where clothing is optional, if that’s your thing and it’s available. Please help me keep the house clean. Parking is allowed on the left side of the driveway. You can fit two cars there without blocking anyone in. Please do not park on the right side of the driveway. I need access to the garage to charge my car. Always lock up behind you when you’re coming and going. Cooking in the house is encouraged, especially for my foodie travelers, but avoid foods that will impact the smell in the house too much. Greasy or spicy foods that can be offensive to other guests are the things to avoid. I provide condoms, lube, sunglasses, sunscreen, toothbrushes, and other common forgotten things travelers might need. They’re located on the book shelves near the bathroom.
