Hosting Rules: The Executive Enclave

The "Show-Ready" Standard I take immense pride in providing a high-end, meticulously renovated environment. To ensure the home remains a sanctuary for all, guests are expected to maintain shared areas (the 260 sq ft chef’s kitchen, custom wine bar, and home theater) in "show-ready" condition. Please clean as you go, ensuring counters are wiped, and dishes are placed in the dishwasher immediately after use.

Quiet Professional Environment This is a peaceful home designed for traveling executives and medical professionals. To respect everyone, including my senior rescue dog, Knute, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Security & Privacy For your safety and peace of mind, please ensure the exterior-grade lock on your private suite and office is engaged when you are out. The secure 1-car garage door should remain closed at all times. No unlisted overnight visitors are permitted without prior written approval to maintain the enclave's security.

Lease & Verification Process
- Professional Screening: To maintain the safety and "sanctuary" environment of the enclave, all residents must complete a comprehensive background and credit check. A $55 screening fee is paid directly by the applicant to the third-party verification service.

- Bespoke Lease Agreement: We utilize a collaborative leasing process. We work with our residents to finalize a structured agreement that ensures the terms are transparent, professional, and protective for both parties.

Please use your assigned cabinet space and pantry shelves.

When using the wine bar, please use the dedicated sink and the provided coasters.

Strict No-Smoking/Vaping Policy To maintain our air quality and protect our whole-house humidification system, smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the front porch, back deck, and garage.

Pet Interaction Knute, my senior rescue dog, lives on the main floor. He is gentle and quiet, but for his health, please do not feed him or leave food in common areas

Reasonable Residential Use: All utilities, high-speed fiber internet, appliances, and amenities are provided for reasonable residential use only. The space is intended as a private sanctuary for the registered guest; any use of the home for commercial filming, large-scale events, or high-traffic business activities is strictly prohibited to maintain the enclave's integrity.
