We created this space to feel calm, intimate, stylish, and welcoming — a place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy the city comfortably.

Verde Noir is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes respectful guests from all backgrounds.

## During Your Stay

• Please remove shoes indoors to help preserve the comfort and atmosphere of the apartment. Slippers are provided for you.

• Complimentary fresh fruit, organic Costa Rican coffee from independent farmers, and tea are available for you to enjoy.

• The kitchen is fully equipped and includes cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices.

• Premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bathroom essentials are provided for your comfort.

## Building Amenities

• Rooftop pool: Open daily from 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM • Coworking area: Located on the rooftop with incredible sunset views • Gym: Available for guests in the building • Laundry room: Located downstairs on the first floor

## Pool Towels

Please use the colored towels for the pool only and kindly return them to the apartment after use. White towels are reserved for bathroom use only.

## A Few Simple House Rules

• No smoking inside the apartment • No parties or excessive noise • Please respect neighbors and quiet hours • Only registered guests are allowed overnight
