This is a clothing‐optional home — on warm days or in the evenings you may find me nude in shared spaces. If you prefer otherwise, just let me know and I’ll happily cover up. Comfort and respect go both ways here. :)
Welcome to my cozy Zürich home — your peaceful base between the airport and the city
Closest Public Transport Station: Schwamendingerplatz
My apartment is perfectly placed between Zürich Airport and the city center, both reachable in about 20 minutes by taxi or public transport. It’s an ideal spot for travelers who want quick access to everything while still enjoying a calm, green neighborhood that feels authentically local.
The area is quiet, leafy, and safe, with parks nearby for a morning walk or a relaxing break after exploring the city. A kiosk sits right by the entrance, and supermarkets and a pharmacy are just a short stroll away. Public transport — train, tram, and bus — is about a 10‐minute walk, taking you directly into the heart of Zürich. Rental bikes and e‐scooters are also close by if you prefer to move around freely.
A bright, welcoming space to unwind
The apartment has a bright, airy atmosphere, thanks to large windows that fill the rooms with natural light throughout the day. The living room — where you’ll sleep — is spacious, uncluttered, and thoughtfully arranged, offering more comfort than a typical sofa‐bed setup. The pull‐out sofa comes with a topper mattress to ensure a restful night.
You’re welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom, washroom, and the balcony. The balcony is one of my favorite corners of the home — a quiet outdoor spot perfect for morning coffee, reading, or unwinding in the evening.
You’ll receive your own key, giving you complete flexibility and privacy during your stay.
I mostly work from the office, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. When I’m around, I enjoy good conversations about travel, culture, technology, or life in general — and I’m always up for a nice walk if you want company.
House rules & practical details
No smoking or drugs inside (vaping & poppers are fine)
Please let me know if you plan to invite someone over
I don’t have pets, but I’m animal‐friendly
I speak English, German, and Russian, and I’m currently learning Spanish.
I look forward to welcoming you to Zürich and making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I'm still new to Zürich but I can recommend the gay Sauna "Renos Relax" (30min distance)
There is also a Park to cruise "Waffenplatzpark" or the University nearby.
