Awesome place, quiet and comfortable. Paul is truly a good guy, a gentleman who's both hospitable and kind. We watched an old Star Wars movie and hung out. Without hesitation, I recommend this listing. If I come back to Indy, I will certainly stay here again.

I appreciated Paul's timely and clear communications right from the initial contact and going forward. Paul greeted me in person and frequently asked if there was anything I needed. The guest room and bed were very comfortable and Paul was available for interesting chats or flexible in allowing peace and privacy. Thank you.
