Nothing complicated—just a few things to keep the space happy:
Plants
Our plants are currently dealing with edema or fluid retention issues. Extra watering may require ICU admission. If the plants look dehydrated, please know they are simply being dramatic. Their nurse is aware.
Smoking
No smoking inside (including vaping).
The house prefers fresh air and good vibes only.
Parties
No parties or events.
Think cozy wine night, chill with friends.
Quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
After 10 PM, let’s keep things soft and relaxed—your neighbors will thank you.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.
(If you’d like to add someone, just let us know!)
Need a different pillow?
Memory foam pillows are available upon request for extra cozy sleep.
