If you are looking for a 'gay-friendly' space that feels like a home rather than a hotel, this is it. I am a flexible, moderate-social host—I’m always happy to share a coffee and chat in the kitchen or suggest the best local spots, but I fully respect your need for a quiet retreat after a busy day
Guest Access & Amenities The Bedroom: Comfortable double bed, additional pillows and extra blankets are available.
The Living Room: Relax and watch TV on the comfortable sofa.
The Garden: If the British sun makes an appearance, I have sun loungers ready for you in the garden.
The Kitchen: You are welcome to use the air fryer, microwave, hob, and rice cooker (please note: oven is for host use only).
Workspace: If you’re traveling for work, I have a dedicated office room available upon discussion.
Parking: No stress—pull right onto my private driveway.

Leigh is a fantastic hub for exploring the North West: Manchester City Centre: ~40 mins via the V1 Busway or car. Liverpool: Reachable within an hour. The Lake District: A scenic drive of just over an hour.
Manchester Gay Village (Canal St): The V1 Guided Busway (Bee Network) is a 20-minute walk away and takes you straight into the city centre in about 40 minutes.
Local Fun: We are 15 minutes from Leigh Sports Village for concerts and matches.
Essential Shopping: Within 10 minutes, you’ll find Parsonage Retail Park (M&S, Nando's) and a Morrisons Daily that stays open until 10 PM.

A Quiet Retreat: Since the neighborhood is very peaceful, I try to keep the vibe here pretty low-key. It’s the perfect spot for a good night’s sleep and a recharge, rather than a place for parties or big groups. Our Private Space: To keep things simple and secure, I prefer to keep the house just for us—so no outside visitors or extra guests over. Night Owls: I’m usually up until 11 PM or Midnight myself, so don’t worry about being a 'ninja'! If you’re coming back late from the city, just a little extra care with the volume after 11 PM is much appreciated so we can all get some rest.

Superb value for money. A comfortable double bed and own-use bathroom in a location really convenient for Manchester, East Lancs and (in my case) West Yorkshire. Carlton is a respectful and thoughtful host.

Enjoyable stay at Carlton's house. It was excellent value for money, and the check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Carlton is friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to others.
