We have to respect the other habitants in my building. That means no big parties in my house. Because we have to share kitchen and bathroom so we need to communicate about the use of it. Smoking is only possible on the balcony. The guestroom doesn't have a tv, but if you wish you can watch in my living.

A lovely place in the centre of the city. Bert is a wonderful host, who makes you feel at home immediately. The house is spacious and light. The bedroom is very nice with its own door to the balcony. A small problem with the sewer system caused a little bit of a smell in the bathroom and a small problem with the water heating caused the shower to randomly go from cool to warm and back. Bert was forthcoming about this and had already planned to take action on it. A lovely breakfast was included. We would like to return to Nijmegen to explore the city further. Staying at Bert's is a great way to do that, so we'll be back!

The apartment is modern and large and very attractive. The guest room is comfortable, I slept very well. Excellent location in the center of town, walkable from train station and close to many restaurants and bars (and very convenient bus connection if you need to get to the university). Bert was very easy to communicate with before my arrival (which was late at night and delayed), and then turned out to be a very charming, kind, and interesting host. I highly recommend Bert and his place.
