About the Property This is a clean and well-maintained 2-bedroom condo. I’m the owner and occupy one bedroom, while the second private bedroom is available for guests.

Guests will have access to a bright shared living area featuring a comfortable couch, a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, and a cozy balcony space to relax after a long day.

The home includes a shared kitchen and washroom, both kept very clean and organized at all times. I take pride in maintaining a calm, tidy, and welcoming environment, so the space feels comfortable and home-like rather than just a place to sleep.

The private guest room is fully furnished and includes a queen-size bed, fresh linens, towels, closet space, dresser, mirror, and bedside table for a comfortable stay.

The building itself is quiet, secure, and professionally managed, with beautiful landscaped surroundings, monitored common areas, and secure fob-controlled entry for added peace of mind.

As the host, I live on-site in my own separate room, which means I’m available all the time if needed.

Guest Access: You’ll have access to all shared common areas, including the living room, kitchen, washroom, and balcony, and are welcome to make yourself comfortable during your stay. One small exception is my bedroom and the den, which is my personal pantry and quiet meditation space, so I kindly ask that guests avoid entering these areas.

Guests are welcome to enjoy any food of their choice, including takeout or delivery. If using the kitchen, I simply request that no non-vegetarian cooking be done in the home. Light kitchen use can always be discussed if needed.

I also appreciate guests helping maintain cleanliness in shared spaces during their stay, just as you would in your own home. Full cleaning and reset of the guest bedroom will, of course, be taken care of by me after checkout.

Interaction with guests: I’m very respectful of personal space and always follow the guest’s comfort level and preference for interaction. If you prefer a quiet, private stay, I fully respect that and will give you your space. At the same time, I’m friendly and easygoing, and if you’re open to socializing, I’m equally happy to chat, share a meal, have a drink, watch Netflix, or just have a relaxed conversation after the day. I try to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where guests can feel at home, whether that means privacy or friendly company.
