House Rules By booking this property, guests agree to comply with all house rules. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $300 fee plus any additional cleaning or repair costs. No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before check-in. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties, events, gatherings, and unregistered visitors are prohibited. Only guests included in the reservation may access the property. Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise. Cleanliness: Guests must leave the property in reasonable condition and wash dishes, cookware, and utensils before checkout. Excessive cleaning may result in a minimum $200 deep cleaning fee. Washer & Dryer: Use responsibly and follow instructions. Guests are responsible for damages caused by misuse. Sand & Beach Items: Remove sand before entering the property. Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels must be returned clean and in good condition. Missing or damaged items may be charged. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, missing items, lost keys, lock damage, clogged drains, furniture damage, or additional cleaning required during their stay. Liability: Guests stay at their own risk. The host and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
