Welcome to our bright and inviting Bronx retreat!

Enjoy a sun-filled bedroom and private bathroom in a charming home conveniently located just steps from the 1 train, with easy access to 4 train as well. These subway lines connect you to all of Manhattan. Times Square, the Theater District, Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, and the city's other vibrant LGBTQ+ neighborhoods are just an easy subway ride away.

We reside in the home full-time, so we’re available if you need anything during your stay while always respecting your privacy and personal space. We’re a friendly, married couple who enjoy welcoming travelers from around the world. As avid travelers ourselves, we’re happy to share local recommendations and insider tips to help you make the most of your NYC visit, while ensuring you have the independence and privacy to enjoy your stay at your own pace.

Your private guest space includes a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed, full closet, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, ironing board, pop-up workspace, and a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring New York City. The room is located on its own floor, one flight up from the main living area, offering additional privacy during your stay.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for light meal preparation and to store food in the refrigerator during their stay. Please help keep shared spaces clean and tidy after use. House also offers an outside relaxing area you don’t usually see in NYC.

If you are driving street parking can be found throughout the neighborhood but alternate sides can be frustrating. There are multiple garages around if you prefer.
