House Rules – Vleesbaai Property
Guests are respectfully requested to treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect at all times. Any damage, breakages, or loss caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
Cigarettes, cigars, hookahs, and any smoking products may only be used outdoors. Guests are required to make use of the provided ashtrays for the safe disposal of cigarette butts and ash. Strictly no smoking indoors.
Children under the age of 10 years are strictly prohibited from using or occupying the swimming pool area without the direct and continuous supervision of a responsible adult. The owners, management, and staff accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, accident, loss, or fatality arising from failure to comply with this rule.
Use of the swimming pool and occupation of the property, including all amenities and surrounding areas, is entirely at the guest’s own risk. The owners, management, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or fatality sustained by any guest or visitor during their stay on the property.
Although the property is situated within a gated community, guests are requested to ensure that all gates, windows, and doors are properly closed and locked at night or whenever the property is left unattended.
Kindly ensure all external lights are switched off by 8:00pm, allowing guests and residents to fully appreciate the breathtaking Milky Way views and natural night sky astronomy unique to the area.
Please respect the peaceful nature of the Vleesbaai community by keeping noise levels to a reasonable minimum, particularly during evenings and early mornings.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted on the property without prior written approval from the owners or management.
Kindly dispose of all household waste in the designated kitchen bins provided before departure.
Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from the property upon departure. The owners and management shall not be held responsible for lost or forgotten items.
Guests are requested to log out of all personal streaming, ********, and entertainment accounts used on the televisions before check-out.
Guests making use of the Toyota Hilux “bakkie” must ensure that the vehicle is operated lawfully, responsibly, and by a licensed driver only. Any fines, damages, losses, or incidents arising during use shall remain the sole responsibility of the guest.
The Toyota Hilux vehicle must be returned with the fuel level equal to that upon handover/check-in. Guests are furthermore required to ensure that the vehicle is returned in a clean and reasonable condition prior to departure.
