Welcome to my penthouse apartment in Dublin’s Docklands, with panoramic views across the city and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the river and skyline.
Guests have a private double bedroom and access to the shared kitchen, living room, dining area and terrace. The apartment is bright, spacious and relaxed, with plenty of room to unwind after exploring the city.
I am a local architect and live here part-time, so I’m always happy to offer recommendations on places to eat, drink, explore and experience Dublin like a local. Equally, if you prefer your own space and privacy, that’s completely respected.
The apartment is within walking distance of Grand Canal Dock, Trinity College, Temple Bar, the Docklands and Dublin city centre, with excellent public transport connections nearby.
Perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a comfortable stay, great views and a welcoming LGBTQ+ friendly home base in Dublin.

Geoffrey was the most wonderful and welcoming host. He was extremely flexible about getting me the keys when I arrived and made sure I was taken care of the entire time I was in Dublin. The apartment itself is stunning with excellent views of the city. I look forward to staying here again next time I'm in Dublin!

Beautiful space and views. More importantly Geoffrey is a warm, welcoming and very friendly host. Lots of good local information. He even cooked a couple of meals for me! Totally unexpected! He even hosted an adventure to The George, a local gay bar. Totally fun!
