A 30-square-meter studio apartment nestled between olive trees and the sea, with ample outdoor space and free private parking.

In a house located on a plateau 80 meters above sea level, a 400-meter walk leads to a very quiet beach, frequented only by a few residents, where at dusk you can enjoy unique sunsets over the Aeolian Islands.

It is 4 km from the famous "Montagne di Sabbia" (Sand Mountains) of San Saba and the naturist beach of Capo Rasocolmo (a 25-minute walk away), 10 km from the Villafranca T. highway exit, 30 km from Milazzo and the ferry terminals for the Aeolian Islands, and 10 km from the magical scenery of the Strait of Messina.

We are an open-minded, married, heterosexual couple and are happy to host people who feel comfortable with us.
The rental apartment is on the ground floor, while we live upstairs, so meeting and having relationships will be a normal part of the experience, while still enjoying the necessary privacy.
