## LGBTQ+ Friendly Double Room in Dublin 8 🌈
Enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay in my LGBTQ+ friendly home in Dublin 8, ideally located near Phoenix Park and within easy reach of Dublin city centre.
The bright and spacious private double room features a comfortable double bed, wardrobes and plenty of natural light, offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city.
This is a private bedroom in a shared apartment, and I live in the property and will be present during your stay. I also work from home during the day. When the guest room is occupied (rented), I use the living area for sleeping.
Guests are very welcome to use the shared kitchen, bathroom, balcony, laundry facilities and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom is shared with me, and the kitchen is fully available for preparing meals, coffee or breakfast.
The apartment has excellent transport connections, with Heuston Station and the Luas Red Line just a few minutes away. Dublin city centre, Temple Bar, LGBTQ+ venues, cafés, restaurants and nightlife are all easily accessible. Phoenix Park, the Guinness Storehouse and Kilmainham Gaol are also nearby.
I aim to provide a relaxed, friendly and respectful environment where LGBTQ+ travellers, solo guests and couples can feel comfortable and at home.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.

Dublin 8 is a fantastic base for discovering the city, combining historic neighbourhoods, green spaces and some of Dublin’s most famous attractions.
Phoenix Park, one of the highlights of Dublin, is just a short walk away and is perfect for walking, cycling or simply relaxing. Nearby you’ll also find Kilmainham Gaol, the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), the beautiful Irish National War Memorial Gardens and the Guinness Storehouse. The historic Liberties neighbourhood is also close by and is a great area to explore Dublin’s traditional pubs, cafés and local character.
For coffee and casual food nearby, I recommend exploring Parkgate Street and The Liberties. Ryan’s of Parkgate Street and Nancy Hands are good options for a traditional Dublin pub atmosphere, while Groundstate Coffee is a great local spot for coffee and brunch.
Dublin’s LGBTQ+ scene is concentrated around the city centre and is very easy to reach from the apartment by Luas, bus or taxi. The George is Dublin’s iconic LGBTQ+ bar and nightclub, known for drag shows, DJs and lively nights out. Street 66 offers a more relaxed and friendly atmosphere, while PantiBar, created by legendary Irish drag performer Panti Bliss, is another Dublin LGBTQ+ institution. Pennylane, just beside PantiBar, is a stylish option for cocktails and a more relaxed evening.
Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Trinity College, Dublin Castle and the main shopping and nightlife areas are also within easy reach.
I’m always happy to share recommendations depending on what you’re looking for — whether it’s sightseeing, good coffee, restaurants, traditional Irish pubs or LGBTQ+ nightlife.
I want guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home during their stay. As this is my home and we will be sharing some spaces, I simply ask for mutual respect and consideration. Please keep the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas clean and tidy after use, and be mindful of noise, particularly during the evening and early morning. I work from home during the day, so I appreciate a reasonably calm atmosphere during working hours. Only registered guests included in the booking may stay at the apartment. Please do not bring additional visitors into the property without checking with me first. No parties or events are permitted. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry facilities and balcony, and I simply ask that everything is treated with the same care you would give your own home. Most importantly, this is an LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive home. Respect, kindness and consideration are expected at all times so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable and positive stay.
