Welcome to my home in Warsaw! 🌿

I’m happy to welcome friendly, respectful, and open-minded travellers from around the world. My home is a relaxed, comfortable place where you can experience Warsaw while feeling like a local.

📍 Location

My apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood of Warsaw, around 25 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from Warsaw Chopin Airport by taxi or public transport (metro and bus).

🛏 Your sleeping arrangement

You will have your own private sleeping space on an Air Mattress. This option is ideal for travellers who value a more affordable stay while still enjoying all the comforts and hospitality of a local home.

(If you prefer a traditional bed, I also have another listing available with the queen-size bed option.)

🏡 Home amenities

You are welcome to enjoy the shared spaces of my apartment and make yourself comfortable during your stay.

I have a large 77-inch Smart TV with a PlayStation 5 Pro and many games that you are welcome to use. The TV also has access to Netflix and other streaming platforms — you can log in with your own accounts and enjoy your favourite shows (please remember to log out before leaving). The apartment is 34 square meters. 💪 Fitness & lifestyle

For fitness enthusiasts, I have a small home gym on the balcony with an adjustable bench and dumbbells with weight plates up to 45 kg per dumbbell. Feel free to use the equipment during your stay.

🥐 Breakfast & kitchen

Feel at home! You are welcome to use the kitchen and enjoy basic breakfast items available during your stay, such as eggs, milk, cereal, coffee, tea, and other everyday essentials.

I want guests to feel relaxed, so feel free to prepare your own meals and use shared kitchen items. Personal belongings will be kept separately or marked as private.

🐾 Pets

As a professional pet sitter, I may occasionally have a friendly dog or cat staying at my apartment. If there is a pet during your stay, I will inform you in advance so you can decide if this is comfortable for you.

🌈 LGBTQ+ friendly & open-minded home

I enjoy meeting kind and respectful people from different backgrounds and I am especially happy to welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community and other open-minded travellers.

🏳‍🌈 Clothing-optional comfort

I welcome both nudists and non-nudists. I am comfortable with social nudity in a home environment, but I fully respect everyone’s personal boundaries and preferences. If you prefer a fully clothed environment, that is completely fine as well.

The most important thing is that everyone feels comfortable, respected, and relaxed.

🍷 Hospitality

I want you to feel more like a friend visiting Warsaw than a hotel guest. You are welcome to enjoy shared items available in the apartment, including basic drinks and kitchen supplies. If you are unsure whether something is available for guests, just ask.

💆 Wellness

If you would like to relax after exploring Warsaw, I can offer relaxation massage sessions (€80/hour) by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

🚗 Parking

Free street parking is usually available directly in front of the building or across the street near the local store.
