The Reveal

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's.
The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too.
We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited! But she'll try her luck as she's a diva!
Leicester is vibrant and inclusive and welcoming! We'd love to host you!
And we have CCTV cameras on the outside of the property, front of house, back of house and garden room, none on the inside of the property.
