To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep a few simple things in mind: 🏡 Since we live in a residential building, please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM and avoid loud music, parties, or excessive noise that could disturb our neighbors. 🎉 Our home is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy Madrid, but it is not suitable for parties or events. 👥 For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment. If you’d like to invite a visitor, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. 🚭 Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If you smoke, we’ll be happy to show you suitable outdoor areas. 🐾 We love animals and understand they’re part of the family. However, since we already have a dog living in the home, we’re unable to accommodate additional pets. This helps ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all animals involved. ❄🔥 Air conditioning and heating are available for your comfort. We kindly ask that you use them responsibly and turn them off when leaving the room or when they are no longer needed to help avoid unnecessary energy consumption. 🍽 Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, including the dishwasher.
