The villa has a pool as well as an outdoor barbecue in order to take maximum advantage of the climate of the Algarve. The villa is located only 5 minutes’ drive from the famous beach of Praia da Marinha which is considered as the 7th most beautiful beach in the world. The villa is also located just 5 minutes’ drive from the gay beach of Praia Grande de Pera.

This villa of 187m 2 is composed of 2 en-suites, double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a further bathroom, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, various terraces surrounding the villa. Ideally made for 6 people, the capacity can be expanded to 8 people.

The villa has all the expected facilities : sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, TV, air conditioning, sunbathing, outdoor grill, outdoor shower ...

Upon arrival, someone will greet you and deliver basic information about the house. This person will be pleased to answer your questions during all your stay. In case of arrival after 19:00 or departure before 08:00, a fee of 20 € must be paid on arrival

The villa is situated in the traditional village of Porches, peaceful place and away from the tourist crowds yet close to the main attractions of the Algarve.

The cities Armacao Pera Portimao and Albufeira are respectively 6km, 12km and 15km far away.

The villa is located about 30-35 minutes from Faro airport on the A22.

Location Information: There are 2 water parks within a 10 minute drive of the villa and a bus services which runs a return services from Porches to the water parks and back everyday. There is also a theme park (Zoo marine) within 10 minutes drive which also runs a bus service from the village. The Zoo marine's main attractions are presentations with dolphins, seals and sea lions, an amazing aquarium with sharks, 4D Cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. If you are a keen golfer, there are 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which over 10 can be found within a 30 minute drive of the apartment. The nearest Oceanico Faldo and O'Connor courses are 18 hole courses and are only 6 km away. Albufeira marina is only a 15 minute drive away. From here they do daily boat trips or dolphin watching trips. It is also possible to go sea kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing and an array of other water based activities. If you are interested in history Silves is a city steeped in it and is only a 10 minute drive from the villa. One of the most renowned centers of the Iberian Peninsula in the Arab period, and today one of the most visited places of the South of Portugal. Don’t miss a visit to the splendid Arab castle, the Gothic cathedral and the medieval bridge.
