This property called Casa Del Lago – Lake House has three separate cottages on the river which is very central located and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

The Tower Room is a bedroom with a Q size bed and bathroom in the the tower which were the original art gallery of Wilderness many years ago. It’s rare to find a place that’s both historic and one-of-a-kind, with its own outdoor furnished gazebo and bbq area. A kitchen and a spiral staircase to the quaint en-suite tower bathroom and a Romeo and Juliet balcony with river view.

Mystique Moon, a very large one bedroom, lounge, dining room, large kitchen and own outside terrace with BBQ facilities and river view. The thatch cottage was built over 90 years ago and is 10 to 15 walk to the beach and restaurants.

Petit Moon. A large ground floor one bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom cottage with its own private outdoor relax area, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water and bbq area.

Wilderness (or “Wildernis” in Afrikaans) is a small town on the Garden Route of South Africa. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Large waves crash onto the long sandy beach, which literally stretches for miles. The backdrop to the town is steep green hills and mountains. Despite being hugely popular with holidaymakers, the town retains a village feel, with a compact central area. This provides a handful of high quality restaurants and all basic shops and amenities. The greater area of Wilderness is quite large, with a few different pockets of houses and holiday accommodation. Slightly away from the centre, other areas of Wilderness are made up of quiet roads which mostly stretch either alongside the beach or the Touws River lagoon. The lagoon is a tranquil central feature of the town, which leads into the Wilderness National Park.
