Here, you will enjoy your personal space alongside full access to our beautifully designed shared amenities. Whether you are visiting for the excitement of the Strip or seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway, we have designed this environment to ensure a comfortable, memorable stay. Shared Amenities The Lounge: A cozy space to stream your favorite shows, read, or simply unwind. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped for brewing morning coffee or preparing home-cooked meals. Dining & Workspace: An elegant, versatile area perfect for dinner or catching up on emails. The Backyard Oasis: Bask in the Las Vegas sunshine by the pool or stargaze in the evening. House Rules & Community Guidelines To maintain a relaxing, five-star environment, we kindly ask that you keep common areas tidy and remain mindful of fellow housemates. Arrival & Checkout: Check-in begins after 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Our cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM, so we greatly appreciate your punctuality. Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, keeping noise at a considerate volume. Visitors: Please inform us in advance if you plan to have extra guests. A small per-person fee applies. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Please use designated outdoor areas. Home Care: We do not provide mid-stay cleanings. Please refrain from moving any furniture. Pool & Backyard Etiquette Safety: Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 require adult supervision. Diving is prohibited. Maintenance: The pool is serviced Wednesday mornings. Spa heating is available for $45 per night. Pool Deck Rules: No food, drinks, glass, or pets are allowed in or directly near the water. Parking Guidelines Where to Park: Please utilize the private driveway (up to three vehicles) or curbside spots. The garage is unavailable. Local Regulations: Per Clark County regulations, commercial vehicles, RVs, and trailers are not permitted. Please do not block mailboxes, neighbor access points, or sidewalks. Pet Policy We welcome up to three registered dogs or cats. A non-refundable pet fee applies. Safety First: Pets must be leashed outside our fenced yard. Nevada summers often reach 110°F, so please never leave pets unattended outdoors. Care: Please scoop waste immediately. Pets must be crated if left alone inside the home. Easy Checkout Checklist On your departure day, please help our team by completing these simple steps: Place all used dishes inside the dishwasher. Dispose of all garbage in the outdoor bins.
