Living & Dining Area The sun-drenched living room features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony, offering vibrant city views. Unwind on the comfortable grey sofa, which easily converts into a premium sofa bed to comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The space is complete with a smart TV, a powerful split-system air conditioner (providing both heating and cooling for the entire apartment), and a charming round dining setup. A convenient guest powder room/second bathroom is also accessible from this common area for ultimate convenience.

🌡 Heating & Cooling Note: The apartment is temperature-controlled by a main split-system in the living area. The building is well-insulated to retain warmth/coolness efficiently. For your comfort, portable electric heaters are provided in the bedrooms if you prefer extra warmth.
