Very Central Brighton Flat (but not a party flat - sorry).

Top floor flat with sea views.

Clean and functional. Not particularly instaworthy (except views). 5 minutes from station. 5 minutes to clocktower (central Brighton).

2 bedrooms and two beds available (and an extra single mattress if needed). Kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, bath and shower.

I live downstairs and can assist if needed.

No wild parties (I mean... by all means make expresso martinis until the early hours and play music but don’t crank the volume to 11 and no more than 3 extra guests).

There is an additional bedroom that will remain locked as that is where all the clutter had been dropped.

There is a security camera external to the flat on the access stairs for flat 2 and 3. No security cameras in the flat itself.
