The main floor has Kitchen, dining room, and living room along with a half bathroom. On the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms all with 1 queen bed each, along with a full bathroom. Up on the 3rd level you will find one large 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and a great desk/workspace. Guests have full access to the entire townhome, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry. Olde Towne East is one of Columbus's oldest and most walkable historic neighborhoods. You're just steps from East Market, Columbus Brewing Company, the Trolley Barn, and the green space of Franklin Park, with easy access to downtown Columbus. Olde Towne East is close to downtown Columbus, making it easy to reach major attractions by car or rideshare. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights) $50 (5 - 30 nights) $100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
