Welcome to La Suite Lespérance, a fully renovated private space designed to offer peace, comfort, and privacy in the heart of Montreal.

The suite features a queen-size bed, an adjoining private bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower, an outdoor terrace, a 65-inch TV with Chromecast, high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, a mini-refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. The kitchen is shared with the hosts. Access to the washer and dryer is available upon request.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, it offers a truly relaxing getaway while remaining easily connected to downtown, the Village, and Old Montreal. The Préfontaine and Frontenac metro stations are just a few minutes’ walk away.

We carefully prepare the suite before each arrival and pay special attention to cleanliness, comfort, and the little details that make for a pleasant stay.

We hope you feel right at home here, while helping to maintain the peace and quiet of the house and the neighborhood. ☑ The suite is intended for a maximum of two registered guests. ☑ Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the hosts. ☑ Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. ☑ Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted. ☑ Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the suite. ☑ Please always lock the main entrance door and the suite door when you leave the premises. ☑ To prevent insects from entering, please keep the screen door and the patio gate closed. ☑ Please do not flush tissues, wipes, or other items down the toilet, and avoid using excessive amounts of toilet paper at one time. ☑ Please take care of the furniture, equipment, and linens provided. Additional charges may apply in the event of damage or special cleaning. ☑ Upon checkout, you may leave the sheets on the bed and the towels hanging. We’ll take care of the rest.
