MANDATORY ACCOMMODATION RULES. ADULTS-ONLY Apartment. Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. The apartment allows a MAXIMUM occupancy of 2 people. Reservations for three or more people are not accepted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional charge of 100 euros per additional guest per night. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Nor is the use of incense sticks, mosquito coils, or other items that pose a fire hazard or produce persistent odors. Nor is it permitted to engage in any illegal activity (including the possession or consumption of prohibited substances) or dangerous activities. Hosting events or parties is not permitted. You must respect the community’s rules of coexistence, quiet hours, and the rules and schedules for using the swimming pools. The community is naturist, and nudity is mandatory in the pool area, both outdoor and indoor. In the rest of the community, as well as in the apartment and on the terrace, nudity is optional. Sofas. Since this is a naturist apartment, please do not remove the protective covers or place any sarongs or similar items on the sofas, as Misterbnb’s strict hygiene standards would otherwise require an additional deep cleaning, for which the guest would be charged a minimum of 100 euros. Cleaning. Since a single final cleaning fee is charged, regardless of the length of stay, no cleaning will be performed during the stay; however, sufficient bedding and towels will be provided for guests. Guests may use the apartment’s washing machine. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not permitted. Visitors are allowed access to the apartment during daytime hours, provided they remain under the continuous supervision and responsibility of the person who made the reservation. Early check-in is available from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., subject to availability. Late check-out may also be requested, subject to availability and upon payment of a fee based on the number of additional hours beyond 11:00 a.m. Check-in may be in person, or instructions for self-check-in may also be provided.
