Chill environment within a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. We are a couple of chill guys living together with a spare room. Located right off the 600 N I-15 exit. Minutes away from downtown and trax station. Shared living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. Space for a vehicle to park in the garage or driveway. Plus plenty of street parking. I am sober, LGBTQ+ and pet friendly. I do have a dog so I ask that you be okay with another animal.

It was a short stay for me, but Alex's place is located conveniently close to freeway access and downtown slc. The room was clean and comfortable. Alex, and his housemates are warm friendly and accommodating. I would easily recommend the stay

I had a wonderful stay at Alex's place! Alex and his mates were incredibly nice, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Their home is a great place to stay, and I only wish I could have stayed longer. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from downtown Salt Lake City. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and Alex even left a thoughtful basket of goodies, which was such a nice touch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely welcome the opportunity to stay here again the next time I'm in Salt Lake City. Highly recommended!
